This policy describes the BabyDrift Android app for parents and caregivers. Contact: estudioecho@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

BabyDrift stores your selected sound, volume, acknowledgement of the listening notice, and cached Premium status locally. It plays bundled synthetic audio. It does not use a microphone, record your surroundings, create accounts, collect infant profiles, or track sleep. The app has no developer-operated backend or separate analytics service.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob. Its SDK may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit. Google processes this data under its own policies. BabyDrift requests consent through Google's User Messaging Platform where required and provides Privacy choices in Settings when available. Premium does not create an ad banner or request new ads.

Purchases

Google Play handles Premium checkout and payment information. BabyDrift receives the product and purchase status, purchase token and signature needed to verify, acknowledge and restore your purchase. These are processed on the device using Google Play Billing; RF SOFTWARE does not receive your card details. A successful online purchase inventory can update cached access after a refund or revocation.

Retention and your choices

Local preferences remain until you clear app data or uninstall. You can request help with privacy rights by contacting us. We do not operate an account database to delete. Google controls the retention of information it processes; use Google's privacy controls for its services. Support messages are used to respond to your request and retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations.

Children and international processing

The app is designed to be operated by adults, not children. Do not submit children's personal information to support. Google's services may process information in countries other than your own as described in its policy.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
